Lost Coyote is a love letter to New Orleans from proprietor and executive chef Colin Kennedy. When you come visit us you’ll notice the space is quirky, unfinished, hidden in plain sight. A lot of what Colin loves about New Orleans is the weird experiences he’s had in bars, restaurants, traveling around Louisiana, and right here in the city. Lost Coyote was named for the annual coyote sightings all over the city. They are lost, but somehow end up in New Orleans, just like so many of us.
We are southern eclectic – combining flavors of the south, local produce and seafood, and the melting pot of New Orleans cuisine. New Orleans is more than just cajun/creole food – it’s a rich history of Vietnamese, Latin American, Italian, Middle Eastern flavors.
Our menu was crafted around honoring everything that makes New Orleans special.
Our goal is to provide authentic kind service, an outstanding meal, a memorable cocktail (or 3).
We want to be the neighborhood spot for food, drinks, or to take a dip in our pool.
